This time at Rest Massage studio is for you to come together with other Women in the community and share stories, laughter, love and tears of inspiration. Any age at any stage and the possibility of forming Connections that will out last the session.

It is coming together, giving yourself time to breathe, a break in your routine and will be curated to promote wellbeing to listen to Women and grow together.

If you are local have lived here for years, if you have recently moved, emigrated this is for you. If you are struggling in whatever way and need to be held supported and simply listen by Women who want to share their stories, experiences, cultures or traditions this is for you.

If you are feeling unconnected, lonely, lost or are at a seasonal change in life, are trying for a baby, are pregnant, have given birth, Perimenopause, Menopause, this is for you.

If you have lost a loved one, friend or partner this is for you. It is for all Women, Single, Married, Partnered, divorced, Separated, Widowed, Age +12 own discretion re suitability of maturity to process conversation and experiences. Please contact me if have any questions.
