Shirodhara is a Classical Ayurveda treatment for deep mental and nervous system rejuvenation. Grounded in the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda. Shirodhara is derived from two Sanskrit words: Shirodhara meaning Head and Dhara meaning continuous stream or flow. As this beautiful combination suggests Shirodhara involves the gentle pouring of warm, medicated oil or other liquids in a steady stream over the forehead, concentrating on the Third Eye area at the central area of the forehead between the eyebrows. Helping to create balance, clarity and focus.
There are few parallels in modern medicine, it is a uniquely holistic practice and can have profound mental and emotional healing qualities as well as physiological benefits.
If wanted this treatment time can be extended - please contact for further time and energy exchange rate when booking.
