Dry Skin Brushing

Using natural bristles in rhythmic strokes, this Ayurvedic practice (Garshana) awakens the lymphatic system, stimulates circulation, and prepares the body to receive deep nourishment.

Body Oiling (Abhyanga)

Following the brushing, warm nurturing oils calm the nervous system and deeply moisturise the skin. This grounding self-massage is preventative care, sensory meditation, and self-love woven into one.

I was born in the green countryside of England and now live in the warmth of the Southern Hemisphere in Brisbane. This practice honours the dance between two homelands. Just as the cottage gardens of England shift through gentle seasons, and the Australian landscape moves through its own unique rhythms, our bodies too follow nature's cycles.

As Jacarandas bloom and the sun strengthens, lighter oils and invigorating morning rituals help us embrace the season's energy. Cool Coconut oil infused with refreshing Sandalwood, or delicate Rose petals from the Ayurvedic tradition, help balance the body's heat—like the lighter strokes reminiscent of morning dew on cottage roses.

Drawing from memories of misty English mornings and cozy hearths, the cooler months call for deeper, warming oils and slower, more grounding practices.
