This Activity is suitable for ages 15+

Yin Yoga classes are slow paced and offer gentle poses held for longer periods of time.

Note: Please wear suitable clothing to be able to move around on the floor. Doesn’t need to be Yoga fitness wear. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
